I have a health goal
I started running at the end of August, and recently I've run 5 or 6 kilometers.
But since last week, I've been running 10 kilometers every day.
Today is Sunday, so I'm going to take a day off. Starting tomorrow, I'll start the 10km challenge again.
I think it's more effective than running 5 kilometers.. These days, I feel like I need to run 10 kilometers to feel like I'm exercising.
This is a 10km challenge, 5 days a week.
