I've heard that walking is an excellent aerobic exercise that allows you to control the intensity of your workout. So, I've been walking for 10 years. At first, I could feel that I was losing weight and my cardiopulmonary function was improving, but these days, I'm not losing weight very well, so I'm starting to feel a bit skeptical.
I walk for about 2 hours and walk at a speed of about 10,000 steps per 2 hours. Suddenly, I feel like my walking speed is slow. How many steps per hour is enough walking speed for sufficient exercise, and how many hours a day do I walk?
