Dexibuprofen is a syrup composed solely of S-ibuprofen, which provides antipyretic, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory effects by removing the R-ibuprofen that causes side effects in mixtures containing typical antipyretics like ibuprofen.

 

It provides faster and more effective relief with a smaller dose compared to ibuprofen, helping to reduce the heartburn or stomach discomfort that can occur when taking fever reducers and painkillers.
