My child's fever medicine is Ibuprofen syrup.

For my children at home, I keep Buropen syrup as a fever reducer. Adults prepare acetaminophen-based medications like Tylenol. However, for some reason, since they are very young, I have heard from pediatricians that giving children Buropen syrup is fine, so I always buy this medication. When the kids have a fever and take it, it seems to work well, reducing the fever quickly, and I have never experienced any side effects, so I think I am using it safely. According to the medication precautions, it says not to use it for more than three days for fever, but I think the fever always drops after about two days of use. When the children have a fever, it’s very scary. It’s always reassuring to have Buropen syrup in the first aid kit.
