I used to have a lot of trouble with dry eyes when wearing contact lenses, but my condition improved after lens implantation surgery.
However, soon after, the dryness worsened again.
Once dry eye syndrome occurs, symptoms can be alleviated, but it is difficult to fully recover to the original state.
So, even now, I have to regularly apply eye drops.
It seems that my eyes have become quite dry because I look at my phone a lot and have been watching video lectures all day lately.
In such cases, I recommend frequently adding Q-tis, which works well.
I recommend it because it's easier to use than disposable ones.
