I feel a dry and pulling sensation inside my eyes.

Sometimes I feel a dull, pulling pain starting from somewhere inside my eye.
It does happen a lot when I'm extremely tired.
In the past, a massage was enough to resolve the issue, but lately, it sometimes leads to headaches.
I should probably go to the hospital, right? I'm hesitating because I'm worried it might be a minor issue.
