The strong traditional brand!! Cass Hwalmyeongsu~

Kass Hwalmyungsa, an over-the-counter medicine produced by Donghwa Pharmaceutical, is the best for indigestion and dyspepsia.

Since I have a sensitive stomach, I keep various digestive medicines on hand and take them when needed, but Gas-Hwal Myeong Su was the most effective.

Kass Hwal Myeong Su is said to be Korea's first digestive medicine. The Chinese characters mean "water that saves lives." In the past, it was said to have even caused death from indigestion.

Although it is the same Donghwa Pharmaceutical product, there is an over-the-counter version called Gas Hwal.. but it contains only 6 herbal ingredients instead of 11, so there is a noticeable difference in efficacy.. You can conveniently buy it at convenience stores and supermarkets, but be aware that the medicinal effect is weaker.
