Is Wigobi Maunzaro okay for gastrointestinal problems?

My mother is overweight and obese, so we are considering Wigobi or Maunzar. As she gained weight, her back and knee pain became so severe that she cannot exercise to lose weight, creating a vicious cycle. Her gastroscopy revealed chronic gastritis with significantly thinned stomach walls; is it safe for her to receive Wigobi or Maunzar? I understand that even healthy individuals experience gastrointestinal side effects, so I am curious about the severity of the side effects if she receives these treatments given her pre-existing stomach conditions.
