I have a hard, large pimple that hurts when I touch it... how can I get rid of it?

I have a hard, large pimple next to my nose that doesn't seem like acne.

The pimple hurts and feels hard when I touch it.

I thought it would go away after a while, but even after 3-4 days, it doesn't show any signs of getting smaller or disappearing.
