My teeth keep getting black tartar attached / Would it be better for elderly people to get implants?

I'm curious about my teeth..

Maybe it's because I didn't brush my teeth well when I was young... I have no cavities or pain.

It's okay that my teeth have become more yellow than others as I age...

Tartar keeps forming as a black deposit between my teeth and gums..

Even after brushing, it doesn't come off and needs scaling to remove it, but even after removal, it only lasts for a while and then comes back again.

I'm not the type to smoke or drink a lot of coffee either;;;

In dentistry, they say there are people who are particularly prone to tartar buildup.

Especially the inside of the upper teeth isn't visible, but when I looked inside with a mirror, it looked black and decayed...

I think I use interdental brushes and brush my teeth properly and on time... but still...

I'm really stressed out because not only do I worry about the inside, but small spots keep appearing on the visible part as well...

But getting scaling too often is burdensome.

I don't know if it's because the enamel on this surface has chipped or something like that;;;

Is there anyone else who has this kind of concern??

And the writing below~~

It's the post I wrote last time ^^;; I also accidentally missed the event participation.

I'm curious, but there was almost no answer, so I'm posting it again~

My mom is 79 years old~~ She couldn't get postpartum care because she had four children, and she has been living in financial hardship, so she has hardly been able to receive any medical management.

Currently, all four teeth are missing, and you are just going about your day without treatment;;;;

Above all, the biggest issue is that you refuse to get implants no matter how much I try to persuade you.

It's not that you never went to the dentist at all; you had fillings and crowns done. The main reason why hospitals and my mother don't get along is because every place she went to left her with negative trauma due to over-treatment or incorrect treatments.

Some people have had their cavities left untreated until they could no longer be treated and had to be extracted, while others have very poor gums, causing their teeth to become loose and fall out on their own, and there are also cases where a tooth has been missing for ten years now.

Recently, one of my teeth was so weak that it kept breaking on its own, and now there is only bone left inside the gum. An infection developed there, causing my face to swell like a patient with a facial swelling, but I still didn't go to the hospital;;;

You say it doesn't hurt, but you've swollen before and just recovered;; I don't mind if it looks uncomfortable and unattractive, but I really wish it wouldn't hurt, it really tears me apart inside.

Because of poor teeth, you can't eat well and your digestion is also weakened, and even though you're warned that this can lead to early dementia, you don't listen at all;;;;

When I was young, my grandmother couldn't eat apples, so she would scrape them with a spoon, and these days, my mom is in the same situation.

I have to somehow unite and persuade all the brothers.

My concern is that it's been a long time since I last checked, with three on the right and one on the left.

Even if you want to get an implant, your gums need to support it to be stable, but your gum condition is quite poor...

Without a cavity, the pain is severe, and bleeding easily occurs while brushing.

Is it more difficult to get an implant for a tooth that has been missing for a long time??? I'm worried that even if my gums are weak, there won't be any major problems with getting a bridge or an implant. Also, I feel like my diabetes has been a bit worse lately...

My mom's tooth now has a crown in the middle, the back tooth is missing, and the front tooth is just bone left behind... Seeing the tooth crumble like that on its own seems really serious, so I think we need to remove the bone and do an implant... The middle tooth isn't even my own tooth, it's a crown;;;

There is also one tooth missing below... I heard that implants are not usually done all at once, but since it's difficult for this person to visit the hospital even once, going multiple times each time they do one implant isn't easy. I'm curious about how many visits are needed and how long it takes to get one implant done.

And my mother does not have diabetes, but she is taking medication for high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Will there be any problems with getting an implant???

These days, the out-of-pocket cost for up to two dental implants for seniors over 64 has significantly decreased.

But I worry unnecessarily, so if I say I want an implant covered by insurance, the hospital won't do anything bad, right?;;; These days, I have all sorts of worries.

So, if we choose the implant method and apply to the National Health Insurance Service, they support a certain percentage of the hospital expenses;;; I haven't figured out the details yet~~~

If anyone has applied for implant support for elderly people, I would appreciate it if you could share the information~~~

Oh, and finally;;;; Actually, implants are a priority right now... but overall, your teeth are in such poor condition... the treatment seems really difficult, and I'm also considering partial dentures...

Dentures also need healthy gums, or else they become too painful to use; some people say they can't wear them at all. My worries are piling up, and my wrinkles are deepening because of my stubborn mother who doesn't listen.

      남아 있는 이가 상태가 안좋긴 해도 그래도 제기능을 하는데 다 뽑고 전체 틀니를 하기는 너무 힘들고 아깝기도 하고요
