Elementary school student acne

I am a third-grade student, and at first, a few small bumps like millet seeds appeared on my forehead hairline, but since last month, they have increased a lot. I keep getting small bumps on my nose and forehead, and I can't pop them. Should I go to the hospital for this?

Now in third grade, I don't think the puberty troubles are already starting, but I'm wondering if changing the cosmetics might help due to some cause. Since the child is already experiencing troubles, I'm really worried about what to do.
