First, it's not a sheet type but a gel type, so it sticks well to the face and is easy to move around, and there's no essence dripping, making it comfortable.

First, stick it on and leave it until the sheet becomes transparent, but it takes too long for it to become fully transparent. Usually, it seems enough to leave it on for about an hour before removing it.

When you remove the sheet, it doesn't give a shiny appearance on the surface, but you will feel the moisturizing and elasticity that eliminate dryness~ I usually finish with a hydrating cream for added moisture.

They say consistent use can improve wrinkles, but I don't have that kind of persistence, so I don't know if it really works that well, haha.
