Are there any soaps or shampoos that are good for folliculitis?

My husband has severe folliculitis. Are there any suitable cleansers or shampoos?

When it's really bad, I take medication, but only then I feel better, and it returns to the starting point again.

I'm using Q-TEM, but it's a bit expensive, so it's a burden.
