How to manage under-eye dark circles???

Is it just me as I get older?

The dark circles under my eyes are gradually sinking down. Is it because the skin is sagging? Haha. How is everyone managing their dark circles? Is there no solution other than covering them up?

Are there any dark circle treatment cosmetics other than whitening products? If so, please let me know. I want to get rid of the panda eyes.
