Please recommend all-in-one type cosmetics for summer.

I'm looking for a lightweight all-in-one type cosmetic to use in the summer.

I prefer to use it lightly even in winter.

Anyway...

In winter

I'm a bit cautious.

I apply it carefully.

I really don't want to apply it in the summer.
