Is there a good foundation for the hand area?

There's a stinging sensation, but the bleeding is really heavy.ㅜ

Perhaps because of that, not to mention the pores...

Since masks are no longer required, I want to do makeup, but I prefer foundation over cushion. Which one would be better?

Please recommend.
