Has anyone tried using Melatonin Cream?

One of my biggest concerns these days is melasma.

The procedure is difficult, so I'm thinking of applying the cream first.

There are also posts saying that the prices are all different. If anyone has tried it, I'm curious whether your review is a genuine one rather than a sponsored review.
