I am currently taking it in powder form.
Vivi Lab Collagen contains 1200mg of low-molecular-weight fish collagen with a small molecular size of 1000 Daltons per packet.
The daily recommended amount of collagen by the Korea Food and Drug Administration
It's 1000mg, so one packet is enough. Haha.
However, Jelly Bibi Lab Collagen Up contains 3,500 mg per packet, so it's really great.
It also contains secondary ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, elastin, hops, cranberry, sepple berry, and milk ceramide.
Isn't it great that there's so much of this?
I think it's very convenient to carry around and eat jelly.
I'll try changing it once I finish all the powder later.^^
