Vivi Lab Collagen is good.

I started taking collagen in pill form this year, but I still don't know which product is good.

My husband said that collagen absorption through food is difficult, so he suggested taking supplements, and now we're just taking low-molecular-weight collagen.

I tried to participate in the event, so I read other people's posts and searched the internet, and I find the advertising model familiar and the product that is most recommended interesting.

Vivi Lab Pomegranate Collagen is a low-molecular type, so it absorbs well, and it's convenient to carry around in a pouch and consume. The pomegranate ingredient also seems to be good for the body.

I also learned that taking vitamins along with collagen can help delay the sagging of the dermis when consuming collagen.

Once I finish my current collagen, I want to try Bibib Lab collagen.

    콜라겐도 그냥 콜라겐은 흡수율이  떨어진다고 하더라고요.  저분자 피쉬 콜라겐이 흡수에 좋다고 하니 저도 먹어보고 싶네요ㅎㅎ
