I have genetic factors and recently I am at the borderline for diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure.
My management method involves fasting intermittently for 16 hours starting from the evening to prevent insulin resistance.
And in the early morning, I wake up and do about two and a half hours of strength and aerobic exercise on an empty stomach.
Is it okay to continue this since it prevents obesity and also protects insulin?
