I am someone who suffers from severe cold extremities, so I fear winter 🤧🤧
For those suffering from cold extremities, it is said to be helpful and to promote smooth blood circulation, so I, a woman whose body tends to be cold, usually eat garlic scape dishes almost every day.
Let me tell you about my garlic scape dish^^

Garlic scapes, also called garlic sprouts or garlic stalks, have a spicy taste but are not as intense as garlic itself, so they are often used in vegetable dishes. To enjoy a fresh and crunchy flavor, it is recommended to choose those produced in June. Fresh ones are said to have a deep green color, with straight stems and good elasticity.^^
I grow garlic at my parents' house, so I always bring some to eat like this haha😁

It has a warm nature, which helps to warm the body and alleviate cold hands and feet, and is said to be beneficial for people who often have a cold lower abdomen and indigestion 👍😍

This is a dish made by lightly blanching garlic scapes, then adding soy sauce-based seasoning and stir-frying with corn syrup. It's a side dish I really love haha. Just this one is enough to finish a bowl of rice!!☺️
I simply stir-fried garlic scapes, but if you stir-fry them with dried shrimp or dried anchovies, it’s even more nutritious and tastes better^^

Garlic scape pickles
 
Isn't it disappointing if you miss out on eating meat?? Haha
Make a sweet and sour pickled garlic scapes and keep them in the refrigerator to enjoy anytime.
It's usually good to eat garlic together when eating meat.
It's also a great dish as a substitute for garlic^^
 
Side effects of garlic scapes
 
Garlic is a food with almost no side effects, and garlic scapes can also be considered to have few side effects.
Since it contains warm ingredients, it is said to be more suitable for people with a cold constitution rather than those with a high fever.
