먼저 왼쪽 눈을 감고 오른쪽 눈을 뜬 다 음, 오른손을 쭉 뻗어서 엄지손가락을 바 라본다. 이후 엄지손가락에서 뒤에 있는 달력이 나 책 등의 사물이 보이는 곳에 서서 엄지손가락과 사물 을 번갈아 바라본다. 이때 먼 곳과 손가락 둘 다 뿌옇게 보이면 백내장을 의심할 수 있다. 반대 쪽 눈도 동일한 과정을 반복하여 진단하면 된다. 네이버에 찾아 봤어요~ 한번 해보세요~
