병원 꼭 방문해 보세요^^ 안과 질환은 조기검진이 답입니다^^
Hello, since the theme of this event is cataracts, I was a bit worried and wanted to share. My eyesight has slightly worsened compared to before, around 0.3, and sometimes I see foggy, blurry vision as if there's a mist. People around me say it's because of fine dust lately. I looked into it and found that the causes of cataracts include outdoor UV exposure, but I don't spend much time outdoors and mainly use a computer and phone for work. Can these also be causes? I'm worried, so I think I should visit a hospital, right?

김도연네, 전자기기 사용도 백내장의 원인이 된다고 합니다. 그래서 요새 젊은사람들 20,30대에도 백내장이 발병한다고 하더라구요. 시력이 떨어지면서 앞이 뿌옇게 보인다면 빠른 시일에 병원에서 검사를 받아보시는게 좋을거 같아요. 괜히 걱정하는 것보다 미리 가서 상태를 정확히 판단하고 안심하거나 조기치료하는게 좋으니까요~~^^
