My personal teeth care item is the Panasonic EW-1211A Waterpik.

I used to have orthodontic treatment before, but now I have a retention device on the inside.

As a result, even if you brush your teeth properly, food often gets stuck in the inner retainers.

When food gets stuck, cavities tend to form easily, but after using the Waterpik, I haven't developed any cavities and am maintaining healthy teeth.
