저 많이 심해요..ㅠㅠ 병원서 주사도 맞아보고 했는데.. 잠깐이더라구요ㅠㅠ 그래서 요즘은 아파도 병원도 안가고.. 아침마다 스트레칭으로 버티는데.. 잘 하는 건지 모르겠어요ㅠㅠ

I don't know exactly when it started, but one day I went to the orthopedic clinic because my heel was hurting, and they told me I had plantar fasciitis.

They provided stretching, physical therapy, and medication prescriptions, but the medication only works for that moment...
First, I changed to a pair of soft sneakers. Definitely, since the sneakers are soft, my heel hurts less.
So, doing the stretches recommended by the hospital frequently definitely shows results.
If there are anyone with plantar fasciitis like me, try this stretching diligently. It definitely works ^^
