Last year, I experienced a lot of stress due to various reasons and mostly spent my time sitting at a desk working. One day, while speaking in front of people, I suddenly fainted. I woke up a few minutes later, but my health had deteriorated, so I changed my lifestyle habits to prevent fainting from happening again and started taking red ginseng.
The reason people faint is that when the pulse rate and blood pressure drop rapidly, the blood flow to the brain decreases, causing temporary loss of consciousness and fainting. To prevent fainting from happening again, I started focusing on maintaining healthy blood circulation and blood flow.
First, I realized that sitting in a chair for long periods disrupts blood circulation, so I decided to take a walk at least twice a day. To also enhance stress relief, I frequently took walks along the Bukhansan Circular Trail, which is full of trees.
And even when working while sitting in a chair, I made sure to stand up for 10 minutes after working for 50 minutes so that blood circulation throughout the body from the legs to the head would be good. This is because smooth blood flow to the brain is necessary to prevent fainting.
In addition to lifestyle habits, I also consumed a certain amount of red ginseng daily, which helps with blood circulation. Red ginseng is a health supplement that removes waste from blood vessels, relaxes the vessels, and promotes smooth blood flow, so it naturally provides direct help in preventing fainting.
By changing my lifestyle habits and managing my health, my condition, which had worsened after fainting, has improved again. I haven't fainted again either. The experience of fainting once prompted me to change my lifestyle habits. Moving forward, I plan to continue maintaining my current lifestyle pattern and live a healthy life.
