Taking food like medicine

 

Just as the saying "You are what you eat" suggests, food is not merely for filling the stomach but is an essential element that composes and sustains the body. Maintaining a healthy diet is not about 'abstinence' but about 'choice.' Instead of giving up your favorite foods, try making healthier versions of them. For example, use an air fryer instead of deep frying, or develop the habit of cooking with fresh ingredients rather than relying on convenience foods.
