Is laser treatment for skin tags the right solution?

This must be a sign of getting older.

Suddenly, from one day, pimples appeared on O-dol-dol's face.

Something started to appear on my neck.

The face protrudes outward.

My friend saw it on my neck and said it's a skin tag.

I was scratching without thinking, and before I knew it, it spreadㅠ

It was so shocking and disheartening...

Is there no other way to remove it besides laser treatment in dermatology?
