Ear pain when smiling

I experience ear pain when I eat spicy food.

Lately, my lower ears hurt when I laugh for a long time.

Sometimes I also hear ringing in my earsㅠㅠ

I couldn't find anything even when I searched on Q&A sites, so I'm not sure.
