예전에 유퀴즈에 정성근 교수님이 출연하신 적 있어요 서울대병원 재활의학과 교수님이신 척추의 신이라 불리는 명의라고 하시네요 ㅎ 선생님이 방송에서 허리디스크에 관해 많은 설명을 주셨는데 특히 디스크 환자에게 나쁜운동과 좋은운동을 직접 보여주며 설명해주셨어요 환자분들이 나쁜운동을 좋은것으로 잘못 알고 따라하는 경우가 많다구요 어떤 운동인지 말로 표현이 안되어서...ㅎ 유투브에서 영상 찾아보시면 쉽게 찾을 수 있을거에요 일단 플랭크가 허리에 좋은 운동이라고 합니다! 꾸준히 하셔서 효과보시길 바라요~
Question King) Are there any good exercises to prevent a herniated disc?
My lower back hurts even after sitting in a squatting position for a little while, and when I had an X-ray at the orthopedic clinic, they said there was a slight sign of a disc problem.
But the doctor didn't say anything about any treatments or things to be careful of.
Since there was no advice to avoid certain postures, to continue with manual therapy or physical therapy, or to undergo injections, I, being passive, just left.
So I was wondering if that's when they actually provide treatment, when the pain becomes truly unbearable.
I'm curious if there are any exercises to prevent the disc from progressing further, and if anyone who has experienced this situation has any advice on how to handle it.
I'm wondering if it would be better to go to a different orthopedic clinic, take another photo, and inquire again.
