Actor Kim Sae-ron was found dead at her home in Seongdong-gu, Seoul.
Seongdong Police Station in Seoul received a report about Mr. Kim around 5 p.m. today and responded to Mr. Kim's house.
It is reported that an acquaintance who had made an appointment to meet Mr. Kim discovered Mr. Kim, who had passed away, and reported it to the police. When the police arrived, Mr. Kim was already deceased.
The police have not yet found any signs of external intrusion or other criminal suspicions. They are investigating the exact cause of death.
Mr. Kim was involved in a traffic accident in May 2022 in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, when he was driving under the influence of alcohol and collided with a transformer box and street trees. Since then, he has been less active in the entertainment industry, except for music video filming and other activities.
