[Healthy Food] Today's Dish: Bean Sprouts with Shrimp🦐 Shrimp and Bean Sprout Stew

 

While eating something delicious, I realized the bean sprouts are sleeping in the refrigerator.

Vegetables need to be rotated quickly.

Bean sprout salad, bean sprout soup, bean sprout rice... not reallyㅠ

 

I called the frozen king prawns left in the freezer and revived the bean sprouts.

Sprouted bean sprout steamed dish is delicious, but it needs a main ingredient to complete the flavor 😊

 

Bean sprouts + enoki mushrooms + onions

Enoki mushrooms are tender and naturally sweet, so they go well together.

8 shrimp (just a little difficult to peel after thawing)

 

It was made deliciously and wonderfully.
