[Concern] Under-eye Sebum

Recently, small yellow pustules have appeared near the tear sac under my eyes and they haven't gone away.

I tried to squeeze it myself with a cotton swab, but the pain was severe and it didn't go well.

I'm curious if there are general ophthalmology clinics that also extract sebaceous filaments from under the eyes.

I'm wondering if I need to visit regularly to compress the sebum once it's been treated.

I'm roughly curious about how much the cost is.
