(Concern) My eyes frequently become bloodshot.

I have been wearing contact lenses for over 15 years.

I'm not sure if it's because of wearing contact lenses, but my eyes often become bloodshot.

So, I tried reducing the amount of time I wear the lenses.

But even on days when I don't wear lenses, my eyes still become red and bloodshot.

Is it because I'm tired? 😢 What's the problem..
