알러지성 비염하고 비슷한가봐요ㅠㅠ 저도 꽃가루날리는철엔 눈물콧물 쏙빼고 다니네요ㅠ
I am a 30-year-old housewife with 2 years of allergic conjunctivitis.
From my childhood memories, starting in middle school, my eyes would feel itchy, and as soon as I rubbed them, the inside of my eyes would swell up.
When I go to the hospital and get the medication and eye drops, the itching subsides at that moment, but it soon becomes itchy again.
It was quiet for a while, then it itched again, and this has become a chronic condition, reducing my quality of life.
It's especially severe during springtime when pollen is flying around, like these days.
To make matters worse, our two daughters also have allergic conjunctivitis, whether it's genetic or due to screen time.
I'm curious about ways to alleviate allergic conjunctivitis even if complete recovery is difficult.

안미선(일환, 수빈, 수진맘)많이 힘드시겠어요. 님의 글을 읽다보니 저희집에 신랑이랑 큰아이가 생각이나네요. 저희 집 신랑이 알레르기성 결막염인지 먼지가 조금만 날려두 짜증내면 눈을 비벼 되는데. 신랑이랑 같이 차를 타게 될경우.... 저는 조수석에서 얼음하고 있답니다. 조금만 움직여도 먼지 날린다고 어찌나 구박을 하는지요 알레르기성 결막염이랑 비염이 같이 온다고 하던데....코는 괜찮으신건가요..... 안약을 넣고 인공눈물을 넣어두 그때뿐이던데, 많이 간지럽구 할때 온열안대한번 착용해보시는건 어떨지요. 눈에 온기가 있어 혈액순환이 그나마 원활하게 되는지 덜 간지럽다고 하더라구요.
남경희아 힘드시겠어요. 알러지성 질환은 매년 빈복되는듯요. 건강 잘 챙기시고 어서 좋아지시기 바래요
즐거운인생의나저도 20대때 결막염으로 고생한적이 있었어요 전염성이라서 나가지도 못하고 집에 갇혀 한달을 보냈던 기억이 있네요 가장 좋은 방법은 면역성을 길러주는 것밖에 없더라구요 자주 공기 좋은 곳에 가시고 좋은 야채와 음식 골고루 드시고 운동 하고 뻔한 방법이지만 그수 밖에 없더라구요
정마담전 비염이 꼭 결막염이랑 같이 오더라고요~ 코세척으로 비염증상완화 됐는데 신기하게 결막염도 나아졌어요~
