Methylphenidate, known as a treatment for ADHD, is a psychoactive drug that enhances concentration and alertness.

This is a product that requires caution in adolescent use.

 

Of course, there are patients prescribed ADHD medication not only among teenagers but also in all age groups under 50.

It appears to have increased over the same period.

 

 

Therefore, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, together with 17 local governments, will monitor the top medical institutions prescribing ADHD medication until the 31st.

Medical institutions suspected of participating in prescribing anesthetics such as propofol as patients visit multiple hospitals

It was announced that joint inspections will be conducted on 60 sites.
