This is a review of treatment for rhinitis and asthma.

I visited the otolaryngology department due to persistent cold symptoms that started in autumn. Even after taking cold medicine for over two weeks, I didn't get better, so I had allergy tests through blood work... and I found out I have rhinitis. Sigh... Even when taking allergy medication, I still feel chest tightness, frequent coughing, and dry cough, and I couldn't sleep properly at night because of the cough. When I visited the hospital, I was told I have asthma. They prescribed an inhaler, which I had only seen on TV. The doctor kindly explained how to use the inhaler. Currently, I am improving, but asthma is a disease that requires continuous treatment. So I realized how important health is and am cautiously engaging in activities.
