I get acne very often, is there any way to fix it?
I often get acne around my chin.
The area around my mouth often gets red and it's really stressful...
I've had acne on my chin a lot since I was little. It used to happen a lot during my period, but these days, I get it even during my non-period periods.
Since acne on the chin occurs when the uterus is not in good condition, I went with my mother to the gynecologist for a checkup and got tested just in case, but fortunately, there was nothing wrong with that area.
I think it's just a skin problem, but it happens so often that I really want to know how to fix it!!
This is my current status.
These are hard, hard, non-squeezable, convex, reddish-brown pimples that are slightly blunt.
I looked it up and found out that something like that is called nodular acne.
There are times when my chin is clean, but it's still colored like thisㅠ
By the way, at that time, I didn't squeeze the pimples on either side with my hands or anything.
Even back then, they were hard and didn't get chewed up, so I left them alone without touching them because I was told it was better not to touch them with my hands.
The problem is that after a very long time, the troubles do decrease, but they remain black and discolored like that.
Then I wonder if not touching it is the only answer.
Every time I go to the dermatologist, I get anti-inflammatory injections and they are steroid injections. As those who have had injections know, the scars and marks after the injections last a long time and are very expensive.
I tried the acne medication Minoxidil, but it only helped for a short time.
I washed my face thoroughly and changed my cosmetics to mild ones, but nothing really improved.
Does anyone who has suffered from chin acne like me have any effective management methods?
