Review of filling the nasal hollow remaining after rhinoplasty with Rituo instead of revision surgery (Up to 2 sessions)[7]
I had rhinoplasty a year ago, and since then, a slight indentation has remained on my nose. I had been told during the consultation that "you can wait and see for about a year, and then either have revision surgery or fill it in with something else," so I kept watching, but even after a year, the indentation in my nose remained the same. So I went back to see the director, and he told me that opening my nose again would be bad for the condition of my nose and also carry a risk of contracture or inflammation. Instead, I was told that filling in the sunken area with a recently released skin booster called Rituo would be good for my nasal health, so I decided to get it. What makes Rituo a bit unique is that the Rejuran and water-glow injections we know work by stimulating skin regeneration to induce collagen production. I heard that Rituo is a procedure that lays a solid foundation and strengthens the skin's environment itself, rather than just that. So, it helps with texture, pores, and elasticity. Since it was performed under sedation, I didn't feel any pain at all during the procedure. Since the amount in one bottle is quite large, they said there was more than enough for just the nose, so they filled in my forehead, cheeks, and nasolabial folds as well. It was amazing how my cheeks became soft and firm as soon as I got them, and most of all, the nosebleed that had been bothering me so much was noticeably relieved. My nose pores and skin definitely felt more refined, so I understood why they call it the 5th generation. However, to be honest, you should be prepared for downtime. It seems like you are almost guaranteed to get bruises. During the first session, it didn't go into my nose but into my cheeks, but during the second session, it went into my nose slightly as well, and even now on the 5th day, there is still some bruising remaining. The next day, my cheeks were swollen like a black eye, so I thought I would need to take a week to recover. I didn't know because I was taking it for sleep, but they told me that perhaps because the particles are large, it tends to be a bit more painful than regular skin boosters or even Rejuran. The maintenance period is about 4 to 6 months per session, and if you get 3 sessions at intervals of 4 to 6 weeks, it is expected to last for 1 to 1.5 years. I have completed two sessions so far, and I am satisfied with the glow and elasticity, so I plan to finish up to a third. While individual differences may exist, I think this would be helpful for those concerned about ambiguous sunken areas, like a sunken nose.
