The examination process was simpler than I expected and was painless. The doctor said it is dry eye syndrome. They say it can occur in anyone, especially in environments like these days where smartphones and monitors are used extensively and air conditioning is frequently applied. Adjusting Monitor Usage Habits: The 20-20-20 Rule (Look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds after 20 minutes of use) They also emphasized the importance of eyelid cleanliness and recommended a dedicated cleanser. After consistently using artificial tears and applying compresses every evening, the dryness in my eyes has definitely decreased significantly. Above all, I realized that maintaining humidity and taking frequent breaks to avoid straining my eyes are really important.

Also, having a separate LASIK center made me trust it more. It gave a strong impression that the procedure was performed professionally! I liked that they were very thorough during the consultation and explained the pros and cons of various procedures, such as LASIK and LASEK. So it was really nice that it helped reduce my worries. The only slight downside is that there are so many people that you have to wait a bit. After getting LASIK surgery, the world feels brighter, and it's really nice not wearing glasses. I honestly feel like my life has become more convenient, so I would highly recommend this procedure to anyone who hasn't had LASIK yet. Although there are some side effects from LASIK, the benefits outweigh them, so I think it is a good procedure!

I have had resin and crown treatments several times due to cavities. I had cavities in both my upper and lower molars and had them treated with resin, but they kept breaking when I ate, so I had to have them treated with crowns instead. During that process, I couldn't settle on one hospital and ended up visiting several, and it seems each hospital had its own pros and cons. Among them, the hospital that ranks number one for me is Dapsimni L Dental Clinic. El Dental Clinic is a very old hospital. The director said that he first opened the clinic in 1969. I heard that they moved later and are now settled in Dapsimni, Dongdaemun-gu. Overall, it could be called a hexagonal hospital. The hospital facilities are clean, the doctors are all kind, and the prices are very transparently displayed on the website. It is easy to feel distrustful when visiting a dental clinic for the first time due to suspicions of overtreatment or excessive billing, but L Dental Clinic doesn't have that problem, and just seeing that they have so many regular patients gives me some peace of mind. For me, 1st place is L Dental Clinic, 2nd is Yonsei Hue Dental Clinic, and 3rd is Raemian Seoul Dental Clinic. Of course, other hospitals are all excellent as well, but I think the decisive difference is price transparency and professionalism. L Dental Clinic has multiple specialists who come in to explain each procedure, whereas the clinics ranked 2nd and 3rd didn't seem as satisfactory as the number one clinic in that regard. So, I don't think there was any particular reason to visit again. I have settled at El Dental Clinic now and am getting regular checkups there.
