He administered muscle relaxants in the neck area while doing an ultrasound and gave me an injection on the right shoulder. After that, I received extracorporeal shock wave therapy, manual therapy, and physical therapy. After the treatment, the pain decreases significantly. Yep, it was super painful... one that you can't remove. So I went home with that full cast, unable to move my toes, which was really inconvenient. But the worst part was here: 'the smell'! Wow... I smelled it, and I can't think of anything worse than that; it was worse than stinky tofu, no competition... 708/ minimum of 20 characters... lol. So I put up with that uncomfortable full cast...!! When I went to take it off, the doctor had a... saw??? I was really scared. What if they accidentally cut or hurt my leg? But to my surprise, it didn't hurt at all and was just fine. There was some vibration, but I got another half-cast again and a few days later had it removed completely, and I was all healed up, haha. But still, I didn't jump right back into action or overdo it. Everyone, please be careful! If you fracture something, it really, really hurts to the point where you might just sit down in pain... haha. Thank you for reading my long story!

I have a straight neck, which apparently means the muscles in the back are very tight, so I need to consistently apply heat treatment at home. They did a thorough job with the 30 minutes of manual therapy, and it seems I also had about 30 minutes of physical therapy. I'm relieved to have a good clinic nearby where I can come right away if I experience pain. Good for pain management.

I fell off my bike and cracked my tailbone.
