The staff welcomed me kindly and cheerfully, and they were very thorough in their care. The event price was affordable, the results were great, and it offered fantastic value for money!

My experience with the skin laser treatment was a mix of expectations and reality. I received the laser treatment to address sagging cheeks, nasolabial folds, and double chin fat, but right after the procedure, my face was a bit red and I felt quite a strong tingling sensation overall. Especially on the first day, the heat stayed for a while, so I realized that post-treatment care is really important. After about 3 to 4 days, there was a period where my skin became rough and flaked, but once I got through that phase, my skin tone began to brighten up, and I felt like my texture was improving. It seems true that, just like many reviews say, the effects become noticeable only after more than three sessions rather than just one. The pain was more than I expected, but it wasn’t a procedure that required numbing cream, and it wasn’t unbearable. However, the post-treatment care is super important; you need to do a good job with sun protection and moisturizing to prevent side effects like pigmentation. After the treatment, they give you a bruise cream, and it seems to help it fade quickly. Overall, I'd say this treatment is more about gradual improvement rather than a dramatic change in one go. Satisfaction levels can vary quite a bit depending on your skin type.

I was really worried because I had significant pigmentation on my face due to breakouts. They were having an event, so after some thought, I made an appointment to consult with them. The doctor was extremely kind. After applying some ointment, I waited for a while and then moved to the laser room to lie down. The doctor carefully performed the whitening toning laser treatment. I was worried it would hurt, but thanks to the numbing cream, I felt nothing. The doctor thoroughly treated my entire face with the laser and asked if I felt any discomfort. Once the laser was done, I moved again, and a nurse put a cool mask pack on my face. I think I ended up falling asleep and had a really good nap!^^ When it was all over, the nurse removed the mask pack and applied some basic skincare and sunscreen for me. I decided to go back regularly, so I signed up for 10 sessions. It seems like the pigmentation is gradually getting lighter.

I received pico toning after being recommended it for the freckles and pigmentation on my cheeks and nose. Since I tend to use my face a lot in my daily life, I was also advised to get Botox, but it seems like they did a great job in a way that doesn't look overly obvious. The original doctor who treated me was always kind, and it was great to meet the new doctor, as well as the desk staff and the treatment therapists, who all kindly guided me on just the necessary areas without making me feel uncomfortable.

As I age, I can't avoid visiting the dermatology department anymore ㅠㅠ It's a place I visit whenever I think of it, and the staff are always friendly, especially the head consultant who provides excellent advice ~ They give clear and necessary information without any exaggeration, making it a trustworthy dermatology clinic.

I had Picotoning done. This was my second session, and the doctor was really, really thorough and kind. The receptionists were also friendly. The waiting time was short, and I was very satisfied. Picotoning feels like someone is gently tapping with an incredibly thin comb? It’s not painful. Even the thinner areas felt more like a light tapping rather than a hard hit. My face does turn slightly red, but it calms down right away on the way home. I think this is a big advantage because I need to be able to work again. Even though it’s out of the question for the day I received the laser, I can get back to my daily life the next day. I also have some acne discoloration, so it will take time, but I'm looking forward to having clear skin!!
