저도 주변에 이명으로 힘들어 하시는 분 봤어요. 사실 이명 자체가 원인을 밝히는게 쉽지 않은 거잖아요..ㅠㅠ 그래서 그런지 제 지인분도 너무너무 힘들어 하시더라고요. 작성해주신 내용처럼 이명이 안들리는게 아니라 그 소리에 익숙해져서 소음이라고 인식을 못하는 경우가 대부분이라고 하더라고요..ㅠㅠㅠ 건강할 때 이명이 생기지 않게 몸에 스트레스 받지 않도록 최대한 관리를 해주는게 좋겠지만요..ㅠ 저도 가끔 몸이 피곤할 땐 삐이~하는 소리가 들리는데 지속되는 건 아니고 몇 초후에 사라지긴 하더라고요.... 이미 생긴 이명 소리... 없앨 수는 없겠지만, 그래도 최대한 덜 스트레스 받도록 해봐요..

They say they don't know the specific cause and only prescribe medication.
I don't know the cause, so why are you taking medicine...
So I went to the university hospital with the medical opinion, and they just said it's stress-related.
Relax and accept that tinnitus doesn't go away; when you get used to it, there will be moments when you no longer notice it.
During the first few months, I was so overwhelmed by tinnitus that I thought I would die, but gradually I got better.
It's not that I don't feel it; I've just become so accustomed to it that I no longer notice.
Also, sometimes I feel like it has disappeared.
Generally, I haven't found anyone whose tinnitus has completely gone away.
Everyone just forgets and moves on to get used to it.
They say it can sound very loud when you're tired.
I guess I have also reached that state.
