오메가3가 눈건강에도 좋군요 추천 감사해요
I'm worried because I've been working late nights frequently lately, and I think I've been using the monitor too much.
When I go home, my eyes feel dry and gritty... I also feel a lot of dryness, and I spend over 8 hours looking at the monitor all day long.
I thought there was no choice but to accept it, but I tried taking Omega 3 after being recommended by a colleague.
I think it works better than when I didn't take it at all.
It doesn't feel dry at all, and I feel less tired, and I like that it's not stiff.
Since I hurriedly ate lunch at the company, there are many instant foods.
It seems like a double benefit to be able to consume even the good fats from fish, haha.
For those who do not drink, make sure to really take Omega 3!!
