Is the breast shape natural after breast fat grafting surgery?

In the past, most breast surgeries involved inserting implants, but these days, fat grafting seems to be more common. My mom's friend from the old days once had a surgery to insert breast implants at a famous plastic surgery clinic called Hong** to improve her relationship with her husband(?). She had the surgery when she was in her 40s. Over time, she started to find her artificial breasts disgusting. It seems that because implants were inserted, the shape felt very artificial. She would think every day about wanting to revert her breasts back to their original state. She visited that clinic a few times, but I don't know what conclusion she ultimately reached... After my mother passed away, I haven't heard any updates about that story. I don't know how any kind of plastic surgery turns out, but especially with breasts, I think I am more afraid because of this woman's memories. If I have surgery, will it feel natural without the artificial sensation unlike implants?
