I think we should really change the habit of eating salty food, even for true health.
Swelling = Eating salty food causes your face to swell. Hands, feet, and ankles can also easily swell. You say you haven't eaten anything particularly salty? 💥Having trouble sleeping = Salty foods interfere with restful sleep. Symptoms vary. You may find it hard to fall asleep easily, wake up frequently during the night, or feel heavy in body and head despite sleeping long hours in the morning. If you are repeatedly restless without any apparent reason, it’s a good idea to review your eating habits and consider whether you are consuming too much salt.
