아무래도 건조하면 안구건조증에 좋지 않죠 인공눈물 이외에 다른 방법은 의식적으로 눈을 자주 깜빡여주는 게 좋아요 1시간에 10분 정도는 휴식을 취해주구요 실내습도도 건조하지 않게 가습기 등을 틀어두구요 눈 주변 마사지나 따뜻한 물수건으로 눈 찜질도 해주면 도움이 되요 오메가3가 풍부한 음식이나 영양제 섭취도 해주면 더 좋겠죠~

I usually have symptoms of dry eye syndrome.

Probably when turning on the heater or air conditioner
If the indoor environment becomes dry and ventilation is not proper
The symptoms worsened, and I felt stiffness and a foreign body sensation.
The prescription given at the ophthalmology clinic is always artificial tears.
In my opinion, artificial tears are really only for temporary relief.
It's okay, and after some time it becomes even drier again ㅠ
