How do you guys apply sunscreen to your skin in this hot weather?

I didn't apply sunscreen properly.

I've been reading a lot of articles in this room and I'm trying to keep up with them.

And I heard that I should apply it even more when I'm not on the cloud.

 

Apply sunscreen every day...

After hearing that, I realized that the UV index is high when the weather is cloudy, so I try to apply sunscreen thoroughly.

The number of times and the appropriate amount of sunscreen were more than I thought.

My dermatologist advised me to apply an amount the size of a 500 won coin, but I think that's too much.

I don't think I can do that much.
