Shoulder pain treatment review

I am someone who suffered from shoulder pain for 2 to 3 years.

In my case, there was no calcification and no rotator cuff tear.

However, I suffered for a long time due to pain severe enough to prevent sleep.

It temporarily improved, but then worsened again repeatedly.

Decided to pass on MRI and surgery, and instead wear a cast for two months.

I visited different orthopedic clinics once or twice, but I ended up spending a lot more money.

First session - First, I lie down on the treatment table and receive a few injections of medication, then that machine shows on the screen where the medicine is flowing in.

It seemed like it helps to identify where the blockage is on the screen.

The following is general anesthesia~~

They said that releasing and stretching the stiff muscles is very painful and difficult to endure without anesthesia.

Return for a follow-up two weeks later after feeling a slight improvement following the first treatment.

Second session - Tried to stretch the muscles without anesthesia after the injection, but it was too painful, so only received the injection and went home.

After three visits, including injections and general anesthesia muscle stretching treatment, I have not visited the hospital anymore.

The procedure cost is not a small amount compared to just getting an injection, but I do regret not visiting this hospital from the beginning. However, I am now living normally with daily stretching.

If there is no improvement at one hospital, it is recommended to seek treatment at another hospital.

It seems that I might be able to find a hospital that fits me perfectly unexpectedly.
