나도 모르게 기절하면 ㅜㅜ 너무 무서울 것 같아요 지금은 괜찮으시다니 정말 다행입니다.
There is a reason for fainting. Summary of fainting symptoms.
I will tell you through this article the reason I fainted, the situation in which I fainted, the facts I learned when I visited the hospital, and the healing methods after fainting.
There are many reasons why someone might faint. For example, I was just in the bathroom and suddenly collapsed. When I opened my eyes, I found myself lying in the bathroom. It seemed like I had fainted, and I didn't think of anything at all. I fell down, but there was no pain, and I had no memory of what happened. I don't remember how long I was unconscious either. I was alone at home. After fainting and waking up, I was really scared. I felt anxious about when I might faint again and worried about my health, so I decided to visit the hospital.
I visited the hospital and told the doctor about my daily routines, including my patterns and meals. After that, my problems were excessive stress and overwork. It was explained that these could manifest as physical, mental, and emotional breakdowns, including physical fatigue, sleep disorders, digestive issues, and weakened immunity.
Symptoms such as depression, anxiety, decreased concentration, and memory loss can also appear mentally. Emotionally, issues such as lethargy, lowered self-esteem, and problems in interpersonal relationships are said to cause problems. After listening to the doctor, I realized that I was under excessive stress, overwork, and fatigue. Among various symptoms, I experienced chronic fatigue that made me feel tired even after sleeping, leading to decreased concentration and memory loss. I also had trouble remembering things well. I developed depression, loss of appetite, and significant weight changes, which the doctor confirmed were related to my condition. Additionally, although I had no other symptoms, I experienced facial flushing, gastrointestinal issues, and frequent illnesses due to lowered immunity. The doctor explained that I might have fainted in the bathroom because of excessive stress and overwork, which caused blood flow to the brain to be insufficient, leading to a drop in blood pressure and fainting.
As for the treatment methods, I was advised to get enough sleep of at least 8 hours and to follow a nutritious diet consisting of fruits and vegetables. I was told to eat according to this plan, which I received from a resident doctor or someone similar. I was also instructed to drink 2 liters of sufficient water, but not tap water from the water purifier. Additionally, I was advised to exercise for one hour each day, gradually increasing the intensity. I was told to take time to rest and relax both body and mind, and to have healing time. I was also advised to avoid alcohol and cigarettes, and not to drink more than one cup of coffee a day.
After finishing consultations at the hospital, receiving treatment, following a set diet, exercising, resting, and getting enough sleep, I haven't fainted since then. You can do it too. Decide to do it and take care of your health. In my case, I was able to completely eliminate the fainting symptoms this way.
